Ground Zero

Ground Zero Specialty Coffee is a coffee shop and roastery at Saryan 1, in the centre of Yerevan. At the bar: espresso, flat white and raf in teal cups, filter brewed by hand on V60 and AeroPress, cold brew that steeps for 24 hours, and matcha.

The kitchen cooks breakfast, bagels, salads, sandwiches and wok, and there are cheesecakes and banana bread for later. Inside it is a bright white hall with plywood chairs; outside, the tables stand on the round mosaic pavement of Saryan Street. Open every day from 08:00 to midnight.
